Porter poured in a game-high 26 points, adding five steals as the Tigers extended their winning streak to seven games. The junior was efficient throughout, connecting on 9 of 14 shots from the field, knocking down two shots from beyond the arc, and converting all six of his free-throw attempts. With the victory, Clemson improved to 14–3 overall and 4–0 in Atlantic Coast Conference play.
RJ Godfrey provided a spark with 16 points on 6-of-8 shooting, while Carter Welling added 14 points and grabbed six rebounds to round out Clemson’s balanced attack.
Notre Dame was led by Jalen Haralson, who scored 18 points for the Fighting Irish (10–6, 1–2 ACC). Logan Imes finished with 13 points, and Carson Towt recorded nine points and 10 rebounds.

The Tigers took control for good midway through the second half. Welling split a pair of free throws to give Clemson an 18–17 edge with 11:25 remaining in the first half, and the Tigers never relinquished the lead. Later, Porter converted a basket following an offensive rebound by Godfrey, pushing Clemson’s advantage to double digits at 50–39 with just over 14 minutes left. Notre Dame was unable to close the gap to fewer than seven points the rest of the way.
