Durham, N.C. — No. 4 Duke delivered a commanding performance Monday night, overwhelming No. 20 Louisville 83–52 at Cameron Indoor Stadium to complete a season sweep of the team widely viewed as its top ACC challenger.

Cameron Boozer anchored the Blue Devils with a double-double, finishing with 19 points and 10 rebounds as Duke steadily turned a tight first half into a lopsided rout. Isaiah Evans and Patrick Ngongba II each contributed 15 points for the Blue Devils, who improved to 19–1 overall and a perfect 8–0 in ACC play.

The game remained competitive into the final minutes of the first half, but Duke seized full control with a decisive 13–0 run that stretched from just before halftime into the opening moments of the second half. That burst opened the floodgates, as Louisville struggled to find any offensive rhythm while Duke dominated inside, controlled the boards, and shot 50.8 percent from the field.

The victory marked Duke’s 27th consecutive home win and improved the Blue Devils to 7–1 against ranked opponents this season. It also stood in sharp contrast to the teams’ first meeting on Jan. 6, when Duke needed a furious second-half rally and torrid shooting to erase a 12-point road deficit. This time, the Blue Devils left no doubt.

Louisville (14–6, 4–4 ACC) endured a night to forget offensively, shooting just 29.6 percent from the floor. The Cardinals went more than 15 minutes bridging halftime with only three made field goals, allowing Duke to turn separation into a runaway.

Ryan Conwell led Louisville with 18 points, but support was scarce. Freshman standout and projected NBA lottery pick Mikel Brown Jr., who missed the first meeting with Duke due to a back injury, struggled mightily in his Cameron Indoor debut. Brown was held scoreless in the first half and finished 1-of-13 shooting with seven points and three turnovers.

With the win, Duke reinforced its status as the ACC favorite and showcased its balance and physicality against elite competition.
