Washington, DC – Jayson Tatum delivered a dominant performance with 28 points and 12 rebounds as the Boston Celtics secured a 112-98 victory over the Washington Wizards on Sunday evening.

Tatum, who had missed two of the Celtics’ last four games due to a knee issue, helped lead his team to their seventh consecutive win over the Wizards, extending their winning streak in Washington to three games this season.

Payton Pritchard contributed 15 points, including five 3-pointers, while Derrick White also scored 15 points in the win.

For the Wizards, Jordan Poole led the way with 21 points, and rookie Bilal Coulibaly added 19. Despite the efforts of Poole and Coulibaly, Washington suffered its third straight loss and has now dropped 16 of its last 17 games.
