Fort Worth, TX—-In an emotional moment during their final home game, TCU had all five seniors on the floor before calling a timeout, allowing them to exit together to a standing ovation. The Horned Frogs capped off the night with a dominant 91-56 victory over Houston.

Historic Home Court Success

With this victory, TCU finished the season a perfect 19-0 at home, an achievement never before accomplished in program history. Despite the looming showdown with Baylor in the season finale, the team remained focused, ensuring there was no letdown against Houston.

Head coach Mark Campbell credited the team’s discipline and maturity for their consistent success. “We had an emotional game against West Virginia earlier in the week, then had to turn around and prepare for Houston. There’s really no easy game in the Big 12,” Campbell said. He emphasized that the team’s 27-3 record and unbeaten home season were a testament to their experience and leadership.

The Big Three Lead the Way

Following the game, TCU’s star trio—Van Lith, Conner, and Prince—addressed the media. Their humility and camaraderie stood out as they spoke about their desire to start strong, allowing more opportunities for their teammates. In an era dominated by transfer portal movement, their bond and team-first mentality have been key to TCU’s success.
