One of New York City’s most prominent music producers Black The Beast is relentlessly on his grind creating extraordinary works of art to innovative sounds unheard of.

In the business for well over a decade, his unique style is cleverly untouchable giving him the versatility to finesse any project with his CEO signature appeal.

A Harlem native, Tyrone Wright known in the industry as “Black”, is a music impresario by blood and relation as the son to none other than the sophisticated Ms. Norman Jean Wright, former lead vocalist of late ’70s R&B/Disco multi-platinum-selling band Chic with timeless classics “Everybody Dance”, “Le Freak”, “I Want Your Love” and party anthem “Good Times”.

Continuing his artistic lineage, Black attended the Harlem School Of Arts and Schomberg Junior Scholars Program broadening his gifted studious intellect by way of percussion and piano though it wasn’t until engaging in Pathfinderz, a program founded by philosophical genius KRS1 that he discovered his true calling.

Phenomenally teaming up with So So Def prodigy Jermaine Dupri in 2007, Black recorded the universal hit “Aunt Jackie” inking him a deal with Def Jam Records initiating his lucrative career cooking up tracks for Diggy Simmons’ debut mixtape “The First Flight” and sophomore follow-up “Airborne” collaborating with some of the top-heavy hitters’ in Hip-Hop and R&B game from Pharell, Lupe Fiasco to Chris Brown branding him executive producer status. In 2010, Airborne was rated #28 on XXL’s top 100 mixtapes signing Diggy to Atlantic Records and selling over 400,000 copies worldwide.

Black has also produced tracks for veterans Mc Lyte, Ruff Ryders Drag-On, Ying Yang Twins, Jim Jones, and the diabolical Red Cafe’. His immaculate conceptions have been advertised for corporate giants like Dunkin Donuts and AT&T as commercial jingles handing him notorious recognition while recently lacing tracks for Khalil of Justin Bieber fame, A$AP Mob consorts A$AP Ferg, A$AP Tyy and Yung Thug previously of Cash Money Records. All of which solidified securing his bag to sign a fruitful publishing deal with Kobalt Music.

His advantageous fusion enabled him to produce several songs for Universal Recording artist AI in 2017, who’s been noted as one of Japan’s premiere Pop/Soul singers. What’s more, in 2018 Black also produced a new single for Ray J featuring Flo Rida and Brandy titled “Right On Time”.

Continuing to sculpt canvases like Picasso, his latest venture is working with robust breed rapper NYC’s Ms.Cokah Mulan on “Make My City Hot”, an explosive single featuring Hip-Hop powerhouses Murda Mook and Fatman Scoop on her upcoming debut album “Sitting Pretty On My Throne” scheduled to release summer of 2020.
