New York, NY—Renowned funk collective George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic have unveiled the schedule for their highly anticipated 2024 Spring Tour. Continuing their musical odyssey, the band will embark on the next leg of their Just For The Funk Of It Tour, with the esteemed Dumpstaphunk joining them as support.

Despite initially embarking on a farewell tour back in 2019, George Clinton remains undeterred in his quest to bring the funk to audiences far and wide. Last summer saw the group teasingly question the finality of their tour with the tongue-in-cheek moniker “Just For The Funk Of It! – Final Tour?!?” Now, they’re back on the road, ready to ignite stages once again.

Kicking off on May 5 with a vibrant performance in New Orleans, coinciding with the electrifying atmosphere of Jazz Fest’s closing day, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic officially launch their tour alongside Dumpstaphunk at The Eastern in Atlanta on May 16. From there, the funk train rolls on, stopping in various cities throughout May and June.

Highlights of the tour include stops in Cherokee, North Carolina; Washington D.C.; Montclair, New Jersey; Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; and Detroit, among others. The funk extravaganza continues into June with shows in the Chicago area, Kansas City, Denver, Las Vegas, and beyond.

Notably, the funk legends will grace the stage at the inaugural Fool In Love festival in Los Angeles on August 31, adding another exciting chapter to their storied career.

With their infectious energy and timeless grooves, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, alongside the dynamic support of Dumpstaphunk, promise a tour filled with unforgettable performances and boundless funkadelic delights for fans old and new alike.
